ORDERS

* Before placing an order, please review the terms and conditions specific to the product listed. By completing the purchase, the buyer agrees to abide by those stipulations.

SHIPPING

* Order Processing: Unless otherwise noted, most US domestic orders are processed within 24 hours after payment is received and shipped using expedited shipping services.

* Delivery: Most US domestic orders are delivered in 2-3 business days after processed.

RETURNS POLICY

* General policy: Due to the array of products sold at iMarkets there may be significant variations in the return policy applicable to specific orders. It is the buyers responsibility to review the general and product-specific return policies applicable to the pending purchase and to seek clarification if necessary prior to placing the order.

* Damaged items: If a product is damaged in transit, the buyer must file a claim immediately with the mail carrier, as a validated carrier claim is required to process the return. The buyer will receive a refund as soon as the product is returned.

* Items not damaged: iMarkets operates under an "all sales are final" policy. If the product purchased is not damaged but the buyer requests a return, if approved, a restocking fee will be deducted from the reimbursement. Restocking fees range from 15% of the value of the product if returned in "as shipped" new condition up to 35% for opened software products given a return waiver.
